1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing any digital assets owned by BizLevelUp (d/b/a Mithi Digital), you agree to these Terms.

2. Agency Services

Mithi Digital provides marketing and consulting services. Outcomes depend on market conditions and are not guaranteed.

3. Client Obligations & Indemnity

Clients must strictly adhere to the TCPA and 10DLC registration requirements. Client warrants that all contact lists provided to Mithi Digital for use in marketing campaigns have been obtained in full compliance with the TCPA and applicable state laws. Client agrees to indemnify BizLevelUp against any claims resulting from Client’s failure to maintain proper consent records.

4. Intellectual Property

All assets created by Mithi Digital remain the property of BizLevelUp until full payment is received.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BizLevelUp be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding three months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
